By creating an account, listing items, or placing an order, you agree to use the service lawfully, accurately, and in good faith. We may suspend accounts that breach this in spirit or in writing.
Each listing is a binding offer once paid. Returns follow the policy at /returns. Pricing errors discovered before dispatch may be corrected with notice to you and the option to cancel.
By consigning, you warrant the piece is yours to sell, authentic to the best of your knowledge, and free of any claim by a third party. We perform our own authentication; if a piece cannot be authenticated, we return it.
Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect. Holds may apply for new sellers or where a buyer dispute is open. Tax responsibility (1099-K issuance for US sellers, equivalent elsewhere) rests with the seller in respect of reporting income.
If a piece you bought is determined inauthentic by an independent specialist of equivalent standing to ours, we refund in full and at our cost. See /authentication.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any single order is limited to the sum paid for the order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York; disputes are resolved in the courts of New York County, save where local consumer protection law dictates otherwise.
