Every piece travels with the same care it received in our atelier — insured at full value, signature-required, in packaging worthy of the piece.
Complimentary on orders over $500. Insured, signature-required overnight or two-day service via FedEx or UPS. Most orders dispatch the same day if placed before 15.00 ET.
Insured next-day or two-day service via DHL Express. Complimentary on orders over £400 / €450. Customs documentation is included for movements outside the customs union.
Insured express service to over forty countries. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where required. Some restricted jurisdictions may require additional documentation; we will contact you if so.
Pieces ship in our signature box, wrapped in archival tissue, with the authentication record and care card enclosed. Outer packaging is unbranded for discretion in transit.
All shipments require an adult signature at delivery. Tracking is sent by email immediately after dispatch, with proactive updates at each major hand-off.
Pieces are insured for their full value, in transit and at rest. If a package is delayed, damaged, or misdelivered, write to concierge. We resolve cases the day they reach us.
