What we collect

Account information (name, email, password hash). Address and payment details for orders. Photographs and metadata of pieces you submit for consignment. Standard server logs for security and analytics.

Why

To operate the marketplace, process orders, communicate about your account, prevent fraud, and improve the service.

Third parties

Stripe (payments and identity), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database). Each operates under their own data processing agreement available on request.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data. Write to privacy@luxuryboutique.com for data requests. We respond within thirty days.
