Returns
A piece of significance deserves time to be considered. Most pieces may be returned within fourteen days of receipt — in the condition received, with packaging and authentication tag intact.
Most pieces are returnable within fourteen calendar days of receipt, provided the condition matches receipt and the authentication tag is unbroken.
Write to concierge or use the return option in your order detail page. We will email a prepaid insured label within one business day. The return must reach us within fourteen days of issue.
On receipt, the piece is inspected against your authentication record. Refunds dispatch within three business days of approval, to the original payment method.
If a condition note or photograph proves materially inaccurate, the return is free and the refund includes any duties or shipping you paid. Tell us at concierge; we own the outcome.
We issue a full refund, including all shipping and duties, and write to you with our review. We have not yet had to issue one.
