How selling works.
Four steps. Nothing hidden. The same standard we apply to a Hermès Birkin we apply to a Loro Piana scarf — the only difference is the time each takes to do well.

Submit your piece
- ·Upload four to eight photos: exterior, interior, hardware, serial, condition close-ups.
- ·Tell us what you know — year acquired, original retail, what stays with the piece (box, dust bag, papers).
- ·Prefer the human touch? Book a complimentary in-home appointment. A Luxury Manager travels to you, evaluates, and collects.
From your sofa, or with a glass of wine in hand. The submission flow takes five minutes.

We authenticate
- ·A specialist trained on the house in question examines every signal — stamping, stitching, leather grain, hardware finish, internal codes, weight, smell, weave.
- ·Where uncertainty remains, a second specialist is brought in. Watches and fine jewelry receive a parallel gemologist or watchmaker review.
- ·The authentication record becomes part of the listing — what was checked, who checked it, what was found.
If we cannot authenticate, we will not list. The piece returns to you, free.

We sell
- ·Studio photography with our in-house team. Six to ten angles, including any condition marks captioned honestly.
- ·Editorial copy written by people who can tell a Birkin Cargo from a Birkin 25.
- ·Strategic placement: featured edits, designer pages, and concierge introductions to interested collectors.
Most pieces find their next home within thirty days. Storied pieces, faster.

You're paid
- ·Direct deposit, mailed check, or store credit with a 10% bonus.
- ·Payouts dispatch within five business days of the buyer's return window closing.
- ·All payout history, tax documents (1099-K in January), and tier progress live in your seller portal.
